I appreciate the follow up with Aikens a couple of months after my Father's funeral. They called and texted checking up on me and my family. I have never heard of a funeral business who did that. I’ve encountered a few cold & desensitized funeral personnel while trying to figure out what’s the most affordable for my family. I worked with Eugenia Jackson at Aikens and she showed me her heart and her customer service. She listened without interrupting and just allowed me to have a few moments grieving during this process. She gave me grace in a world of heartless people. Miss Jackson, thank you for being the best part of burying our loved one. Thank you for gently guiding me thru this process!
