Worst funeral home on the planet! Don't let them near your deceased loved ones!! Liars, incompetent, deceitful and disrespectful staff and substandard service! I have no respect for Cheryl, her staff and the owner. Our immediate family unanimously decided not to use their funeral home in Tampa to handle the services of our terminally ill loved one. They totally devastated our family members and they are still upset to this day by the way Cheryl and her staff handled our deceased loved one's funeral service that occurred 2 years ago. Never again. She made no attempt to resolve the complaint we made, nor did she bother to contact myself nor my aunt to resolve the issue, she unprofessionally contacted an outside party that had nothing to do with our complaint. Shady! Never pay them up front to handle you loved ones either. Video tape and record every contact you have with Cheryl and her staff!

The Staff treated us like family! They really took the time to listen to our concerns and desires. Everything was so wonderful and professional. Should I have need in the future, I would definitely utilize them again and recommend them to everyone!

Me and my family only use Aiken funeral home the experience is one of a kind In the way that Treat you makes the process goes so smooth at landing your loved ones to rest.
