Aikens not only took care of our loved one, but also our entire grieving family. They were the light that helped guide us through these very dark times. They were compassionate, caring, professional, & respectful. Once they were involved, we were in good hands and less cripplingly burdened. Even weeks after the funeral & cremation, they were very giving of their time, advice, and assistance with government agency follow ups. LaCheryl and the entire staff are amazing, special, & wonderful people. Thank you for treating us like family. Your kindness is forever a loving memory.

From start to finish Aikens Funeral home provided the most caring yet professional atmosphere for me to create the most beautiful service to celebrate the life of my Grandmother. Having never to have had to do this before and not even knowing where to start, Joe provided options that were set up in packages that were beautiful and made decision making super simple. Even was able to use their chapel, minster, and musicians. Options for extras such as pillows, urns, and other keepsakes also available. But the thing that impressed my family the most was how beautiful my Grandmother looked. She looked as tho she were asleep. I mean she looked like the definition of resting in peace and for that we are truly greatful.

If I could give more stars I would. I will forever be grateful for the excellent customer service and compassion Aikens had demonstrated. Me and my family hadn't a clue what we were doing as far as it went for funeral arrangements. After my fathers' passing away 7/30/2025 we scrambled to find a funeral establishment to help us. Aikens funeral is truly a blessing in disguise. We were guided through the whole process there were times where I felt overwhelmed making changes to times and dates for family members to attend either the funeral and/or the wake Aikens were more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need. Oh and staff were always professional and courteous. Thank you Aikens!
