This was the hardest time in my life. Mrs. Eugenia was so amazing throughout this whole process. She was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable, And willing to answer any questions I had. Sometimes it was the same question more than once, I just couldn’t understand, but she never got aggravated or upset. She also had a colleague, Miss Christina, who also really helped out a lot. Though this was a difficult time and everyone has to go through it, I would recommend you use Aiken funeral home. Everything was so beautiful everything went so smoothly. I really appreciate Eugenia and Christina at Aiken funeral home.

Aikens provided my uncles service 15May and as always it was superb. From the moment Mr Charles picked us up to the graves site, professionalism and dignity was given…a true class act!!!

Wow, what an experience with this funeral home!!!! They were so accommodating, very professional, clean, smell good, very helpful in all areas. The way they handle my family was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. From them being knowledgeable in the things we didn’t know, they helped us organize the whole process. Even the sound system was great, and the projector screen was very convenient to show the slide show. You even had a where we could use a usb drive so that the video would run smoothly. One of the best let’s were that for the ones that couldn’t attend, you provided a live stream so everyone could view it. From the pricing, to arranging the funeral service, the repast. I would recommend this company to any of my family members, friends, anyone. Thank you for making this experience such an easy transition!!!!! You guys went above and beyond and our family thank you

My experience at Aikens Funeral Home was very pleasant. The entire staff is so caring and compassionate. The atmosphere is pleasant, and every one is right there to help you every step of the way. Just to name a few, La Cheryl was always there, and took her time in helping me with the arrangements, she is very easy to talk to, and very understanding, and her staff under her are the same. Hylarie so sweet and very helpful, losing a family member is not easy to process , but Hylarie made it so easy for me. I wanted to make changes on the program, and she made it so easy for me. She is so very understanding. I really appreciate it. Deirdre made sure that after everything was done, could they be any further with assistance. Making sure that I was okay and processing it day by day with phone calls and texts. All done with a very pleasant voice. Tom a very caring person, and he did not miss a beat, making sure that everything is done decently and in order. I remember he told me whatever I needed done he will make it happen, and it was done. Joe very quiet and pleasant person, I would say that he has a quiet spirit. So caring and understanding, you can count on him to assist you. The overall staff is amazing, so professional at what they do, very professional in their dress code. I was well pleased.
