I was very disappointed with the service I received from this funeral home during an already difficult and emotional time for my family.<br><br>Unfortunately, the funeral home did not keep the promises that were made to us, and there was a serious lack of communication among the staff. We often received conflicting information, which added unnecessary stress and frustration during the funeral arrangements.<br><br>The customer service was poor, and I did not feel that our needs and concerns were treated with the care and attention they deserved. Most concerning was the lack of compassion demonstrated by the funeral director. At a time when families are grieving and need understanding, patience, and sensitivity, I found the director to be insensitive to our needs and the circumstances we were facing.<br><br>Overall, I was not satisfied with the service provided. Families entrust funeral homes with one of the most difficult moments of their lives, and they deserve professionalism, compassion, clear communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

This funeral home is completely unprofessional. One of their staff members blatantly lied to my family member and stated our aunt was not in their funeral home knowing she was there. And when we determined that she was present this staff member laughed in our faces, as if it was funny while we were kept out of her funeral services. These people are complete trash.

Aikens Funeral home was there for my family in our time of grief. They helped my family step by step to give my husband a beautiful service. Joseph one of the directors was the main person who helped my family and he was amazing. I had to talk with other staff members and overall they were a blessing for my family. My family has found another family “Aikens “ to help us when we are grieving. God bless and keep the Aikens family Funeral Home.

I want to personally thank Aikens Funeral Home, especially Ms. Sharon Thompson and Mr. Andrew Kinsey for the care and support they provided during my grandmother's funeral. This was the first time my family and I had to plan a funeral, and we truly didn't know where to start.<br>They listened closely and gently guided us through each step. Their presence and professionalism made a very difficult process so much easier than I ever expected. I am deeply grateful for the comfort they gave our family and the way they helped us honor my grandmother's memory. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
