My experience with Atkins funeral home was very much nice when My Daugther passed away that very polite very nice people. They communicate with me all the way they really made me feel comfortable, even though it was a hard time of me bearing my daughter cremated, my daughter.

One of my mother final request before passing, was for us to utilize Aikens Funeral Home for her final arrangements, and they did not disappoint! Losing a love one is difficult, and hurtful. However, Aikens was able to provide a measure of solace during this time. Accepting the reality of your loved-one's transition, is easier with less hiccups. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. Aikens was true to their motto, "Where everything matters". If it was important to us, then it was important to them. Their online forms were easy to navigate, and assisted in creating our obituary. I also was pleased at how accommodating they were toward our last minute changes to various items. Aikens staff was wonderful, price for cremation cheaper than anywhere else. They also call several days later to may sure we were ok and didn’t need anything.

Aiken's Funeral Home has handled funeral arrangements for several of my family members including my parents and have always gone above and beyond. Aiken's staff have always been professional, courteous and caring. I highly recommend Aiken's Funeral Home.

This funeral home is completely unprofessional. One of their staff members blatantly lied to my family member and stated our aunt was not in their funeral home knowing she was there. And when we determined that she was present this staff member laughed in our faces, as if it was funny while we were kept out of her funeral services. These people are complete trash.
