Caring....approachable....followup before and after care. The staff does an amazing job with returning call and active listening to you speak about your loved one.

This funeral home is completely unprofessional. One of their staff members blatantly lied to my family member and stated our aunt was not in their funeral home knowing she was there. And when we determined that she was present this staff member laughed in our faces, as if it was funny while we were kept out of her funeral services. These people are complete trash.
