When this first happened. I was wondering who we can find to do the service. I looked on line and had a close friend to help as well. She found another just two blocks from Aikens. I said ok but I wanted to continue to look for myself. I came across Aikens Funeral Home and I said this is the one. The staff was amazing and supplied me wirh different options. They were very helpful and patient with us knowing that we were out of town. Words can't express how much we appreciate the support and kindness. If you want your love one's taken care of. Aikens Funeral Home is the best.

One of my mother final request before passing, was for us to utilize Aikens Funeral Home for her final arrangements, and they did not disappoint! Losing a love one is difficult, and hurtful. However, Aikens was able to provide a measure of solace during this time. Accepting the reality of your loved-one's transition, is easier with less hiccups. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. Aikens was true to their motto, "Where everything matters". If it was important to us, then it was important to them. Their online forms were easy to navigate, and assisted in creating our obituary. I also was pleased at how accommodating they were toward our last minute changes to various items. From the first experience to the last detail, they were very accommodating to our needs and very sympathetic and supportive. It was a very difficult time for our family with my Mother. They were very patient and understanding to our needs. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first time with the Aikens Family, they also took care of my Grandmother, Son and now my Mother. Recently, in January 2024 my aunt passed away in Tampa. My husband & I live in Punta Gorda FL and we needed to find a good caring funeral home. I called Aikens Funeral Home and drove there. Upon meeting Cheryl I knew we had found the right place. She is a wonderful funeral director. I never looked anywhere else. She handled everything w her wonderful staff. Samantha and everyone was kind, caring, respectful, and so supportive & helpful. I can’t say enough how grateful we were to have them take excellent care of my aunt’s entire funeral. She even priced everything reasonably. I highly recommend Aikens. 10 ⭐️
