Probably the most difficult review I have had to write, but one of the best experiences in customer service I have had in many years. Every staff member on the team went above and beyond especially Mr. Joseph Evans and Ms. Sharon Thompson, they provided Incredible service, professionalism, and real empathy for our family. In what was an incredibly difficult time. Aikens Funeral Home, exceeded all expectations in helping our family provide a beautiful service for my Aunt.

The whole process was very hard for me. The team was very caring, just what I needed to help me get through these hard times. Staff was very loving and everything was as perfect as could be under the circumstances. Someone from the team even called to check on me even after everything was over and done. I love all the staff and thank you for caring for my Mom♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Aikens staff was wonderful, price for cremation cheaper than anywhere else. They also call several days later to may sure we were ok and didn’t need anything.
