Althea provided exceptional care and support to my grandmother during my uncle’s service. From before the service started, throughout, and even afterward, she was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly kind. During such a difficult time, she went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother felt comfortable and supported. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine warmth truly made a difference for our family. I would also like to thank Joe for being so accommodating throughout the planning process. He was understanding and flexible with my grandmother’s changes, which meant so much during an already emotional time. We are truly grateful for both of them and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares.

From start to finish Aikens Funeral home provided the most caring yet professional atmosphere for me to create the most beautiful service to celebrate the life of my Grandmother. Having never to have had to do this before and not even knowing where to start, Joe provided options that were set up in packages that were beautiful and made decision making super simple. Even was able to use their chapel, minster, and musicians. Options for extras such as pillows, urns, and other keepsakes also available. But the thing that impressed my family the most was how beautiful my Grandmother looked. She looked as tho she were asleep. I mean she looked like the definition of resting in peace and for that we are truly greatful.

I would like to publicly thank Aikens Funeral Home for they’re service. From start to the finish the service was phenomenal. Ms.Cheryl showed gratitude & generosity as soon as we walked in her office. “Joe” one of the sweetest person I know, he had my mother looking so beautiful!! When he told me he would be dressing her & doing her makeup I almost had doubt, but once I saw her I could do nothing but hug & thank him with tears in my eyes.. They treat you like family & have been reaching out checking on me & my family! I thank you all for everything!

My experience at Aikens Funeral Home was very pleasant. The entire staff is so caring and compassionate. The atmosphere is pleasant, and every one is right there to help you every step of the way. Just to name a few, La Cheryl was always there, and took her time in helping me with the arrangements, she is very easy to talk to, and very understanding, and her staff under her are the same. Hylarie so sweet and very helpful, losing a family member is not easy to process , but Hylarie made it so easy for me. I wanted to make changes on the program, and she made it so easy for me. She is so very understanding. I really appreciate it. Deirdre made sure that after everything was done, could they be any further with assistance. Making sure that I was okay and processing it day by day with phone calls and texts. All done with a very pleasant voice. Tom a very caring person, and he did not miss a beat, making sure that everything is done decently and in order. I remember he told me whatever I needed done he will make it happen, and it was done. Joe very quiet and pleasant person, I would say that he has a quiet spirit. So caring and understanding, you can count on him to assist you. The overall staff is amazing, so professional at what they do, very professional in their dress code. I was well pleased.
