Every staff member on the team went above and beyond especially Mr. Joseph Evans and Ms. Sharon Thompson, they provided Incredible service, professionalism, and real empathy for our family. I have been acquainted with Aikens funeral home for a number of years, being a part of the Ballard/Miller family we have entrusted several family members to the care of Aikens. My in-laws Jack & Fannie Miller, brother in-law Jack Miller, My Mother Minnie Ballard, brother Carl "Hawk" Ballard and most recent February 2020 my Uncle Joe Ballard who was a military veteran. The staff was awesome! Handled everything with the VA (which was overwhelming), kept me informed, was always accommodating of my frequent changes. Their wealth of experience took care of the smallest of details, which I had overlooked. We will continue to use them in the future for our family needs as they arise.

The funeral home did a wonderful job with my father and his service. The owner was very compassionate while walking me through the process. All the staff were professional and made sure I was comfort throughout. From start to finish, I was very satisfied. They even contacted me after everything was over and my father was laid to rest to check on me. I appreciated it so much!
