This funeral home went above and beyond helping me and my family organize arrangements while being in New Jersey. They were extremely patient empathetic and kind. They have followed up with me and my family multiple times just to see how we are doing. If you are unsure, go with Aikens. They will take great care of you and your loved one.

I would like to publicly thank Aikens Funeral Home for they’re service. From start to the finish the service was phenomenal. Ms.Cheryl showed gratitude & generosity as soon as we walked in her office. “Joe” one of the sweetest person I know, he had my mother looking so beautiful!! When he told me he would be dressing her & doing her makeup I almost had doubt, but once I saw her I could do nothing but hug & thank him with tears in my eyes.. They treat you like family & have been reaching out checking on me & my family! I thank you all for everything!

The service and personnel was outstanding. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the viewing/ visitation room that we were in. The room was the smallest they had with only room for 4 people to sit. The family that traveled 300 miles had no where to sit,plus I have numerous coworkers that came to pay their respects. No one could sit and talk with me due to the availability of seating. I have never been to a viewing where there were no sitting available. I was very disappointed in the viewing session. Again the service from the personnel was on point and definitely 5 stars.

Aikens Funeral Home did a Wonderful job with laying my Husband to rest. Ms. Sharon Thompson is the absolute best. On the day of my husband's funeral she stayed by my side the entire time, and assured I had everything I needed. The compassion shown to my family and me was just spectacular. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me lay my husband to rest.
