The service and personnel was outstanding. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the viewing/ visitation room that we were in. The room was the smallest they had with only room for 4 people to sit. The family that traveled 300 miles had no where to sit,plus I have numerous coworkers that came to pay their respects. No one could sit and talk with me due to the availability of seating. I have never been to a viewing where there were no sitting available. I was very disappointed in the viewing session. Again the service from the personnel was on point and definitely 5 stars.

I have been acquainted with Aikens funeral home for a number of years, being a part of the Ballard/Miller family we have entrusted several family members to the care of Aikens. My in-laws Jack & Fannie Miller, brother in-law Jack Miller, My Mother Minnie Ballard, brother Carl "Hawk" Ballard and most recent February 2020 my Uncle Joe Ballard who was a military veteran. The staff was awesome! Handled everything with the VA (which was overwhelming), kept me informed, was always accommodating of my frequent changes. Their wealth of experience took care of the smallest of details, which I had overlooked. We will continue to use them in the future for our family needs as they arise.

My family and I would like to thank LaCheryl and the Aikens staff for their support, patient and understanding It was a very difficult time for me. They made the process of planning our mother's service so much easier. They did an awesome job dressing our mom she look lovely

The entire staff was amazing during this difficult time. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for being there for me and my family. Me and my family have already said that when it’s time we will be going to Aikens funeral home.
