I would recommend their services to anyone in need. Not only their prices are very reasonable, but the accommodations and most of all the people who work and manage this funeral home were all amazing, caring and understanding in such a difficult time for anyone. All questions were patiently answered, and they went above and beyond to help us transfer our loved one out of country. Services were provided even when we hadn't asked for, accommodations and chapels are beutiful. But most importantly they treated us with compassion in the moments we needed it the most. Highly recommended.

Aikens not only took care of our loved one, but also our entire grieving family. They were the light that helped guide us through these very dark times. They were compassionate, caring, professional, & respectful. Once they were involved, we were in good hands and less cripplingly burdened. Even weeks after the funeral & cremation, they were very giving of their time, advice, and assistance with government agency follow ups. LaCheryl and the entire staff are amazing, special, & wonderful people. Thank you for treating us like family. Your kindness is forever a loving memory.

The whole process was very hard for me. The team was very caring, just what I needed to help me get through these hard times. Staff was very loving and everything was as perfect as could be under the circumstances. Someone from the team even called to check on me even after everything was over and done. From the first meeting of planning my Mother's service that included the Director and staff personnel particularly Hollis; my Family and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism, proficiency, and ease we experienced with Your services. At the wake the room was beautifully staged with ample room for guests, family, and attendees. The staff was attentive to our needs and made the service a memorable one. Our family was told often how well the entire process was and it was particularly special because your company has a niche for serving our urban communities with excellence.
