Experiencing a death of a loved one is certainly not easy and then trying to arrange a funeral on top of that is hard. However, I must say, Aikens Funeral Home in Tampa, FL, made our planning process smooth for my family. From start to finish the staff is guiding you the whole way through. The Aikens Family(the atmosphere felt family oriented) assured us that they will be with us every step of the way, and they did just that! I may have called, text, and emailed like a hundred times lol, but they never made me feel as if I was a bother to them. Even when it was a slight minor bump in the road, they did all they could to smooth it over. The Aikens Family truly exemplify professionalism, dedication and hard work! This was the hardest time in my life. Mrs. Eugenia was so amazing throughout this whole process. She was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable, And willing to answer any questions I had. Sometimes it was the same question more than once, I just couldn’t understand, but she never got aggravated or upset. She also had a colleague, Miss Christina, who also really helped out a lot. Though this was a difficult time and everyone has to go through it, I would recommend you use Aiken funeral home. Everything was so beautiful everything went so smoothly. I really appreciate Eugenia and Christina at Aiken funeral home.
