Worst funeral home on the planet! Don't let them near your deceased loved ones!! Liars, incompetent, deceitful and disrespectful staff and substandard service! I have no respect for Cheryl, her staff and the owner. Our immediate family unanimously decided not to use their funeral home in Tampa to handle the services of our terminally ill loved one. They totally devastated our family members and they are still upset to this day by the way Cheryl and her staff handled our deceased loved one's funeral service that occurred 2 years ago. Never again. She made no attempt to resolve the complaint we made, nor did she bother to contact myself nor my aunt to resolve the issue, she unprofessionally contacted an outside party that had nothing to do with our complaint. Shady! Never pay them up front to handle you loved ones either. Video tape and record every contact you have with Cheryl and her staff!

Aikens Funeral Home exceeded our expectations. I came in from out of the state to help my cousin with funeral arrangements and found them on Google. Working with a modest budget they were able to accommodate us in a timely manner. They went above and beyond, everyone was kind, caring and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone in need. Not only their prices are very reasonable, but the accommodations and most of all the people who work and manage this funeral home were all amazing, caring and understanding in such a difficult time for anyone. All questions were patiently answered, and they went above and beyond to help us transfer our loved one out of country. Services were provided even when we hadn't asked for, accommodations and chapels are beutiful. But most importantly they treated us with compassion in the moments we needed it the most. Highly recommended.
