I was very disappointed with the service I received from this funeral home during an already difficult and emotional time for my family.<br><br>Unfortunately, the funeral home did not keep the promises that were made to us, and there was a serious lack of communication among the staff. We often received conflicting information, which added unnecessary stress and frustration during the funeral arrangements.<br><br>The customer service was poor, and I did not feel that our needs and concerns were treated with the care and attention they deserved. Most concerning was the lack of compassion demonstrated by the funeral director. At a time when families are grieving and need understanding, patience, and sensitivity, I found the director to be insensitive to our needs and the circumstances we were facing.<br><br>Overall, I was not satisfied with the service provided. Families entrust funeral homes with one of the most difficult moments of their lives, and they deserve professionalism, compassion, clear communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

My husband recently passed and Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Jazmine were so helpful and patient with me doing this hard time in my life. All of the staff are very professional, the services were well worth it. Thank you again for all your help.

To Aikens Funeral Home I will like to Thank Sharon Thomson for the prep planning program that'd gave a better outlook on services Very professional services .Thanks Sharon Thompson.. Also my family is going through a family crisis right now losing one of my cousin over the weekend I contacted Ms.Thompson she showed so much empathy for my cousin and my family .In comforting my family in their time of needs.
