Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Aikens Funeral Home. Despite arrangements being made, my great aunt's obituary was never placed in the Florida Sentinel, which caused distress to family members who relied on that notice. Additionally, the family paid $750 for livestreaming, yet the livestream did not begin until halfway through the service, preventing many loved ones from viewing the service in real time. We were also charged $1,200 for an escort service that was short-staffed, resulting in confusion and disorganization. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly coordinated, especially during a time when grieving families deserve care, attention, and accountability.
