Our family had to transfer our loved one from another state back to Aikens in Florida. Joseph Evans was our assigned director and every detail was handled with professionalism and thoughtfulness. He guided us through each step with patience and clarity, making a difficult time feel a little lighter and a lot more supported. The professionalism of the Aikens team allowed us to focus on celebrating my grandmother’s life rather than worrying about logistics. Joseph communicated promptly and clearly with me every step of the way, he was organized and just simplified every part of the difficult process of burying a loved one for our family.
