Every detail was handled with such care, excellence, and professionalism. The setup was breathtaking, peaceful, and filled with so much love that it touched everyone in attendance. In the middle of our grief, Aikens Funeral Home created an atmosphere that honored Baby Jadell’s life so beautifully and gave our family memories we will hold close forever. Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Aikens Funeral Home.<br>Despite arrangements being made, my great aunt's obituary was never placed in the Florida Sentinel, which caused distress to family members who relied on that notice.<br>Additionally, the family paid $750 for livestreaming, yet the livestream did not begin until halfway through the service, preventing many loved ones from viewing the service in real time.<br>We were also charged $1,200 for an escort service that was short-staffed, resulting in confusion and disorganization.<br>Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly coordinated, especially during a time when grieving families deserve care, attention, and accountability.

From start to finish Aikens Funeral home provided the most caring yet professional atmosphere for me to create the most beautiful service to celebrate the life of my Grandmother. Having never to have had to do this before and not even knowing where to start, Joe provided options that were set up in packages that were beautiful and made decision making super simple. Even was able to use their chapel, minster, and musicians. Options for extras such as pillows, urns, and other keepsakes also available. But the thing that impressed my family the most was how beautiful my Grandmother looked. She looked as tho she were asleep. I mean she looked like the definition of resting in peace and for that we are truly greatful.
