The entire Aikens Funeral staff was a blessing to my family. We never had to worry about funeral arrangements for our brother. The funeral home in Virginia coordinated with Aikens Funeral Home so my brother body could be flown to Tampa with no problems. Aikens did everything we asked of them with no problems. We admire how professional the Aikens staff handled everything. They treated us like family. I would recommend Aikens Funeral home to anyone that has loss a love one.

Aiken’s funeral home did an excellent job handling the service for my mother’s home going ceremony. All of the staff were amazing with their acts of kindness and patience. They made everything so special and beautiful at the funeral home and the church as well. The limousines were luxurious, prompt and very clean inside and outside.

Our family had to transfer our loved one from another state back to Aikens in Florida. Joseph Evans was our assigned director and every detail was handled with professionalism and thoughtfulness. He guided us through each step with patience and clarity, making a difficult time feel a little lighter and a lot more supported. The professionalism of the Aikens team allowed us to focus on celebrating my grandmother’s life rather than worrying about logistics. Joseph communicated promptly and clearly with me every step of the way, he was organized and just simplified every part of the difficult process of burying a loved one for our family. The preparation and presentation of our loved one was elegant and everything started and ended on time. If you are looking for a funeral home that leads with compassion, professionalism, and respect, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They helped us to give my grandmother a beautiful, meaningful farewell.

Aikens Funeral Home in Tampa went above and beyond during one of the hardest moments of my life. After my mother passed away, they treated her with the utmost dignity, respect, and care, and supported our family every step of the way. I want to give special recognition to Eugenia Jackson, who helped embalm my mom and handled all of the complicated paperwork and logistics needed to transport her to Lebanon for a proper burial. This process could have been overwhelming, but Eugenia was professional, and incredibly thorough. She made sure everything—from the documentation to the airline ticket—was completed correctly and on time, giving us peace of mind during an incredibly painful period. The entire staff showed genuine care, patience, and understanding. I am deeply grateful for their support and kindness, and I highly recommend Aikens Funeral Home to anyone in need of compassionate and trustworthy service. Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Aikens Funeral Home. Despite arrangements being made, my great aunt's obituary was never placed in the Florida Sentinel, which caused distress to family members who relied on that notice. Additionally, the family paid $750 for livestreaming, yet the livestream did not begin until halfway through the service, preventing many loved ones from viewing the service in real time. We were also charged $1,200 for an escort service that was short-staffed, resulting in confusion and disorganization. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly coordinated, especially during a time when grieving families deserve care, attention, and accountability.
