Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Aikens Funeral Home. Despite arrangements being made, my great aunt's obituary was never placed in the Florida Sentinel, which caused distress to family members who relied on that notice. Additionally, the family paid $750 for livestreaming, yet the livestream did not begin until halfway through the service, preventing many loved ones from viewing the service in real time. We were also charged $1,200 for an escort service that was short-staffed, resulting in confusion and disorganization. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly coordinated, especially during a time when grieving families deserve care, attention, and accountability.

This funeral home went above and beyond helping me and my family organize arrangements while being in New Jersey. They were extremely patient empathetic and kind. They have followed up with me and my family multiple times just to see how we are doing. If you are unsure, go with Aikens. They will take great care of you and your loved one.

I recently experienced a devastating loss, the loss of my best friend, my confidant, and my husband of 50 years. At a time like this, we must experience things that we really don’t want to, but must. I turned to Aikens Funeral home. I cannot express the services they provide for me at a time of a great loss to my family, the services they provided the care, the empathy the compassion they gave during this time cannot be expressed verbally. I’m so thankful for them. The entire Aikens staff was amazing. Everything they provided was above and beyond, the way they felt for and cared for the family. I felt as they felt our pain, so I would truly encourage anyone that has to experience a time like this.
