I’ve encountered a few cold & desensitized funeral personnel while trying to figure out what’s the most affordable for my family. I worked with Eugenia Jackson at Aikens and she showed me her heart and her customer service. She listened without interrupting and just allowed me to have a few moments grieving during this process. She gave me grace in a world of heartless people. Miss Jackson, thank you for being the best part of burying our loved one. Thank you for gently guiding me thru this process! Many praises to you, Aikens!

I want to personally thank Aikens Funeral Home, especially Ms. Sharon Thompson and Mr. Andrew Kinsey for the care and support they provided during my grandmother's funeral. This was the first time my family and I had to plan a funeral, and we truly didn't know where to start. They listened closely and gently guided us through each step. Their presence and professionalism made a very difficult process so much easier than I ever expected. I am deeply grateful for the comfort they gave our family and the way they helped us honor my grandmother's memory. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If I could give more stars I would. I will forever be grateful for the excellent customer service and compassion Aikens had demonstrated. Me and my family hadn't a clue what we were doing as far as it went for funeral arrangements. After my fathers' passing away 7/30/2025 we scrambled to find a funeral establishment to help us. Aikens funeral is truly a blessing in disguise. We were guided through the whole process there were times where I felt overwhelmed making changes to times and dates for family members to attend either the funeral and/or the wake Aikens were more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need. Oh and staff were always professional and courteous. Thank you Aikens!
