This was the hardest time in my life. Mrs. Eugenia was so amazing throughout this whole process. She was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable, And willing to answer any questions I had. Sometimes it was the same question more than once, I just couldn’t understand, but she never got aggravated or upset. She also had a colleague, Miss Christina, who also really helped out a lot.
