Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Aikens Funeral Home. Despite arrangements being made, my great aunt's obituary was never placed in the Florida Sentinel, which caused distress to family members who relied on that notice. Additionally, the family paid $750 for livestreaming, yet the livestream did not begin until halfway through the service, preventing many loved ones from viewing the service in real time. We were also charged $1,200 for an escort service that was short-staffed, resulting in confusion and disorganization. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly coordinated, especially during a time when grieving families deserve care, attention, and accountability.

This funeral home is completely unprofessional. One of their staff members blatantly lied to my family member and stated our aunt was not in their funeral home knowing she was there. And when we determined that she was present this staff member laughed in our faces, as if it was funny while we were kept out of her funeral services. These people are complete trash.

Worst funeral home on the planet! Don't let them near your deceased loved ones!! Liars, incompetent, deceitful and disrespectful staff and substandard service! I have no respect for Cheryl, her staff and the owner. Our immediate family unanimously decided not to use their funeral home in Tampa to handle the services of our terminally ill loved one. They totally devastated our family members and they are still upset to this day by the way Cheryl and her staff handled our deceased loved one's funeral service that occurred 2 years ago. Never again. She made no attempt to resolve the complaint we made, nor did she bother to contact myself nor my aunt to resolve the issue, she unprofessionally contacted an outside party that had nothing to do with our complaint. Shady! Never pay them up front to handle you loved ones either. Video tape and record every contact you have with Cheryl and her staff!

Horrible. Can't get any help finding my mother in laws grave! If the grass wasn't to my knees I could find her myself. Today was the worst day. On her birthday we couldn't find her or get help!
