An outstanding job from beginning to end funeral director Joseph his staff. The workers the secretaries. Everyone was concerned, caring, and professional. I would recommend them over and over again to anybody. Absolutely an outstanding job! Even though it is quite a distance from our home, it was well worth the drive. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Mrs. LaCheryl Aikens-Guzman and the staff at the Aikens Funeral Home made this experience effortless. From the initial contact, to the last minutes at the grave site, they were cognizant of our family, our feelings, and were consistently compassionate, to having the obituary posted online and in the newspaper all combined to make this process uncomplicated. I can't thank Joseph (Joe) Evans and the entire Aikens Funeral Home staff enough for going above and beyond. Their kindness and attention to detail were a huge comfort and they made sure everything was perfect for my husband service. I searched around different funeral homes to find one to use for my wife ,Aiken's Funeral Home gave us great service from beginning to the end.From the owner of the of the company,from Mr.Joseph and the crew,we thank you.Joseph gave us a great presentation as well as letting us know and showing us step by step how the process would go.They gave us a very thorough insight of what the cost would be and we also saved money .Compared to all the other funeral homes we visited,Aiken's delivered where so many other funeral homes dropped the ball,I highly recommend if you need to bury a love one,go to Aiken's Funeral Home.Do not waste your time with the others.Aikens Funeral Home and their crew are very professional and very caring.Even until this very day ,they still contact me and offer any assistance that me and my family may need .Aiken's Funeral Home IS SECOND TO NONE.

Service Mix

Veronica, Dierdra, and the rest of the staff really made this process easy on me. Their attention to detail and ability to be empathetic and sympathetic throughout so many steps really stood out and made a difference. From start to finish Aikens Funeral home provided the most caring yet professional atmosphere for me to create the most beautiful service to celebrate the life of my Grandmother. Having never to have had to do this before and not even knowing where to start, Joe provided options that were set up in packages that were beautiful and made decision making super simple. Even was able to use their chapel, minster, and musicians. Options for extras such as pillows, urns, and other keepsakes also available. But the thing that impressed my family the most was how beautiful my Grandmother looked. She looked as tho she were asleep. I mean she looked like the definition of resting in peace and for that we are truly greatful.

If I could give more stars I would. I will forever be grateful for the excellent customer service and compassion Aikens had demonstrated. Me and my family hadn't a clue what we were doing as far as it went for funeral arrangements. After my fathers' passing away 7/30/2025 we scrambled to find a funeral establishment to help us. Aikens funeral is truly a blessing in disguise. We were guided through the whole process there were times where I felt overwhelmed making changes to times and dates for family members to attend either the funeral and/or the wake Aikens were more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need. Oh and staff were always professional and courteous. Thank you Aikens!

All I can say is The whole Staff at Aikens Funeral home is Amazing, Kind, sweet , caring & absolutely exceptional. The service I had for my mother was lovely well out together although devastating.
