Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Aikens Funeral Home. Despite arrangements being made, my great aunt's obituary was never placed in the Florida Sentinel, which caused distress to family members who relied on that notice. Additionally, the family paid $750 for livestreaming, yet the livestream did not begin until halfway through the service, preventing many loved ones from viewing the service in real time. We were also charged $1,200 for an escort service that was short-staffed, resulting in confusion and disorganization. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly coordinated, especially during a time when grieving families deserve care, attention, and accountability.

Trenise and the staff was nothing short of compassionate and professional! Very great communicators!!! You’re not rushed nor swayed to purchase anything outside of your budget. They offer help outside of funeral services, they assisted me with items I needed for the repass and I had a personal staff member contacting me throughout the entire process and guiding me day of services. When this first happened. I was wondering who we can find to do the service. I looked on line and had a close friend to help as well. She found another just two blocks from Aikens. I said ok but I wanted to continue to look for myself. I came across Aikens Funeral Home and I said this is the one. The staff was amazing and supplied me wirh different options. What I’ve learned is that in the most difficult times, the person or people that you’ve never met before will be the ones that help you the most. That was a lesson that I learned by just picking up the phone and Mrs.Cheryl was on the other line. Mrs.Cheryl is the owner of Aikens Funeral Home located in Tampa Florida. My father, William F Morales passed away. It had been years since I’ve seen or heard of my father. My father was living in Tampa. Unfortunately, my father passed. I am not from Tampa Florida. So going through this process was very difficult because I had no family to turn to. But the night that I made the phone call to Mrs.Cheryl I felt a sense of ease and peace. When I made arrangements I met Mr. Jones who is absolutely fantastic walking me through the process and making the arrangements for my father absolutely with Respect and with Grace. I pray that I never have to go through this again, but in life, there are no guarantees. Except the people from Mrs.Cheryl to Mr.Jones and the Aikens Funeral Home Family will be there for you in the most difficult time that anyone has to go through. Making sure that I was okay and processing it day by day with phone calls and texts. All done with a very pleasant voice. Tom a very caring person, and he did not miss a beat, making sure that everything is done decently and in order. I remember he told me whatever I needed done he will make it happen, and it was done. Joe very quiet and pleasant person, I would say that he has a quiet spirit. So caring and understanding, you can count on him to assist you. The overall staff is amazing, so professional at what they do, very professional in their dress code. I was well pleased.
