During our family’s time of need, Aikens Funeral Home Staff was there every step of the way. They made sure everything was in order for my mother’s services and explained the process throughly. Being from the Tampa area, I had always heard good things about Aikens Funeral Home but had never used their services. I was impressed by the staff’s competency and care for their clients during and after services.

All I can say is The whole Staff at Aikens Funeral home is Amazing, Kind, sweet , caring & absolutely exceptional. The service I had for my mother was lovely well out together although devastating. From the beginning until the end process of my mom services Bri was beyond exceptional. The other staff has been so kind and gentle with me as well. I have used 2 other funeral homes in the Tampa area for end of life services and Aikens has been the best. I’m so pleased that I chose them for my mom’s celebration of life. The funeral home did a wonderful job with my father and his service. The owner was very compassionate while walking me through the process. All the staff were professional and made sure I was comfort throughout. From start to finish, I was very satisfied. They even contacted me after everything was over and my father was laid to rest to check on me. I appreciated it so much!

Unfortunately I had to bury my father and this was my first experience managing funeral services for a love one. I stand 10 toes down with AIKENS FUNERAL HOME IN TAMPA FL!! Trenise and the staff was nothing short of compassionate and professional! Very great communicators!!! You’re not rushed nor swayed to purchase anything outside of your budget. They offer help outside of funeral services, they assisted me with items I needed for the repass and I had a personal staff member contacting me throughout the entire process and guiding me day of services. I felt alone due to minimal family help but AIKENS stepped in and filled that emptiness and assured me my father services is in great hands! My dad looked sooooo good y’all! Aikens is the place to assist with sending your love one home in a classy affordable way!

Aiken came through for our family because our situation was a bit different in that.my brother's body had to be preserved and shipped to another state for the funeral. Time was of the essence and they were sensitive of that. They made sure his body was shipped timely. And...they did an amazing job. He looked so natural.

When this first happened. I was wondering who we can find to do the service. I looked on line and had a close friend to help as well. She found another just two blocks from Aikens. I said ok but I wanted to continue to look for myself. I came across Aikens Funeral Home and I said this is the one. The staff was amazing and supplied me wirh different options. They were very helpful and patient with us knowing that we were out of town. Words can't express how much we appreciate the support and kindness. If you want your love one's taken care of. Aikens Funeral Home is the best.
